Welcome to my site. I am an amateur photographer living in the West Highlands of Scotland. This site showcases the landscapes of my part of Scotland as well as some of the beautiful parts of the world I have been fortunate enough to visit.  I hope you enjoy it.

 I am looking forward  to a trip to Tasmania for four weeks this December. This should give me plenty of time for walking and photography. Having been inspired by the work of Peter Dombrovskis and  Olegas Truchanas I want to see some of this wilderness for myself. I plan to use both medium format and digital, and on some of the hikes may have to chose one or the other,  I do not now which way I will go on this yet.
